When AMINA Bank visited the Racing Unleashed Lounge in Cham, they came looking for an exciting team activity—and drove away with a long-term concept. What began as a one-off event quickly became a bi-weekly ritual, complete with leaderboard pressure, driver rivalries, and a dedicated racing identity.
Powered by Racing Unleashed’s Corporate League filter function, the AMINA team is now running their own internal championship: structured, repeatable, and uniquely theirs.

From Trial Run to Team Tradition
It all started with a birthday celebration—but the format stuck. The experience of driving in a high-end racing simulator, surrounded by team energy and competition, sparked something bigger.
Now, every race session is personalized for the AMINA crew using the Corporate League filter. Their results are displayed live on a dedicated AMINA Dashboard, showing rankings exclusively for their drivers and creating a clear focus during each event.

Driving Team Spirit
With employees working across locations and not always meeting in person, this shared activity became a consistent way to reconnect. Built Like a Real Championship
Ten races are scheduled until June—but that’s just Season 1. The team is already planning to restart the competition later this year, following the rhythm of a real motorsport series.
The team is also thinking ahead: Individual championships, more structured scoring, and advanced ranking logic are already on their wish list.
