RU1

The Elite Championship

RU1 is the pinnacle of the Racing Unleashed Esports Series. It’s a full-year championship where the fastest sim racers in the world compete for major prize pools, global recognition, and the chance to prove they’re the best. Precision, consistency, and performance define every round — only the elite make it here, and only the best stay.

Points and Prize Money

As with most motorsport events, points are awarded to the top 10 drivers. The winner of a single race receives 25 points, which count toward the overall standings. With a total of 8 races in a season, this results in a maximum total of 200 points.

We firmly believe that transparency towards our fans and racers is a key element. That is why we are also completely transparent when it comes to our prize money.

RU2

The Development Championship

RU2 is the bridge between ambition and mastery. It runs twice a year, offering drivers the chance to earn prize money, prove themselves, and fight for promotion into RU1. But the system works both ways — drivers who fall short can drop back down the ecosystem and return to open qualifiers, keeping the competition intense and the standard high. Every race matters, and every position can change your future.

Mode

The Racer League races are held in RL mode, which offers no driving aids and full difficulty. Challengers compete in CL mode, where they can use driving aids such as ABS and traction control. In both leagues, gears are shifted manually.

Locations

The individual challenges take place at all locations at the same time. The racers are divided between these locations.

Points

Points are awarded immediately after the race and can be viewed on the website. Who will grab the 25?

Simulators

All simulators are connected and compete against each other on the virtual track. This means that all racers are on the track at the same time!

Officials

The competition is supervised by RU Esports Series officials, who make all decisions on the day of the event, including imposing penalties or issuing warnings.
